π° Billing & Balance
Your account has two usage pools, always spent in the same order: in-plan usage first, then out-of-plan usage. In-plan usage is your subscription allowance. It refills each billing cycle and daily check-in rewards are added to it. Out-of-plan usage is your wallet balance (real money from top-ups), spent only after in-plan usage runs out, and it never resets.
π³ Billing System
- In-plan usage: allowance from a subscription plan, daily check-in, or the Trial experience; it resets or expires each billing cycle, and every call is charged to it first
- Out-of-plan usage (wallet balance): the account-level real-money wallet balance, shared across tokens, increased only by paid top-ups and never reset; it is consumed only after in-plan usage runs out. An optional monthly ceiling can be set under Settings β Billing preferences
- API key USD limit: optional per-key spending cap, independent from wallet balance
- Channel ratios: different channels may have different billing ratios, affecting the actual cost of the same model
- Model pricing: each model has separate input/output token prices, viewable on the Models page
π Consumption Order
Every API call is charged in this fixed order:
- In-plan usage (your subscription allowance) is spent first. A Plus subscriber uses up the monthly plan allowance before anything else.
- Once in-plan usage is fully drained, calls automatically fall through to out-of-plan usage (the wallet balance).
This mirrors Claudeβs "weekly limit" and "extra usage": in-plan usage is the recurring included allowance, and the wallet balance is pay-as-you-go once it is gone.
π΅ Top-Up Methods
Online Payment
Use the Subscription page for subscriptions, or the Wallet page for wallet top-ups. Choose a payment method and complete the payment; top-ups add to out-of-plan usage (wallet balance), and the update is usually applied shortly after payment succeeds.
Redemption Codes
Redemption codes issued by the administrator can be redeemed on the Billing & Balance page and apply in-plan usage or wallet balance according to the code configuration.
π Consumption Tracking
Start with Usage to check in-plan usage and wallet balance, then review per-request details on Usage Logs, including:
- Model and token used
- Input/output token counts
- Cost per request
- Request time and status
π‘ Tip
When a request reports insufficient balance or allowance, check in order: whether in-plan usage still has a remaining balance, whether the wallet balance is sufficient (and whether it has hit the optional monthly limit in Billing preferences), and finally the API key's own USD spending cap.
