In Settings → Translation services → Custom service, choose Compatible endpoint.
Enter the API URL, your TokenReply key and the exact model ID.
In Service details, choose Set as default translation service.
In Service details, choose Check connection.

Choose a Chat Completions model and set this service as the default for translation.
